United States: All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) terms, so no additional duties or taxes are due upon delivery - we cover them for you.

Delivery Time

• Production Time: Since many items are tailored to your specific design needs, production takes 3 to 6 working days after full payment is received.
• Shipping Duration: Estimated delivery times for international shipments are 10 to 20 working days.

Tracking Information

We provide a tracking number for all shipments. Once your order is handcrafted and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Customs, Duties & Delays (from Terms of Service)

• Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our free shipping and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Delays: While we ensure timely dispatch and provide tracking info for all shipments, we are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by customs clearance processes or local postal services.

Return Policy

Standard Items

If you are not completely satisfied with a standard, non-custom item, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

• Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom Orders (Bespoke Items)

Due to the personalized nature of custom-sized or bespoke items (such as custom drapes, cushions, or tablecloths made to your specific dimensions), we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

• Exception: This policy does not apply if your custom order arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it.
• Measurement Accuracy: Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We craft your orders strictly based on the dimensions provided, and sizes cannot be altered once production has advanced past the 24-hour modification window.

Cancellations

You may cancel a standard order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
